As a courtesy to our patients, Mid-Sussex Dental will submit all insurance claims on your behalf. However, payment for services is due at the time of treatment.

We participate with select dental insurance plans. If you would like to verify whether we are an in-network provider with your specific plan, please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Please note that participation may vary by provider and plan.
